EY Entrepreneur of the Year
The EY Entrepreneur of the Year program is a prestigious awards celebrating Australia's top talent. As Content Marketing Director at SmartCo. Media, I managed end-to-end video filming production and logistics across 24 metropolitan and regional locations around Australia. Myself and a film crew visited each business premises for in-person interviews and filming, producing a suite of 40+ rich video assets for websites and social channels.
Oversaw scheduling and on-location filming of 24 different national finalists across Australian cities and regional areas. Personally managed travel logistics, call sheets, crew bookings, and equipment coordination, and extensive communication with finalists to navigate calendars and lock in filming dates.
Distributed detailed call sheets, tailored interview questions, and the "What to Expect When Filming" guide to ensure finalists and EY hosts were fully prepared for on-camera interviews, B-roll capture, and professional still photography.
Maintained close communication with key EY program leads to share planning updates, approvals and align on media distribution.
Managed post-production timelines and review processes (including Frame.io feedback rounds and client sign-offs) for finalist profile videos, 30-second social cutdowns, hero photos, and preparations for the National Awards gala event in Melbourne.
